DO I NEED PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE?

No previous yoga, aerial or acrobatic knowledge is required. The FlyHighYoga belt is the perfect tool for complete beginners. More experienced students will enjoy exploring deeper stretches and backbends.

HOW DOES FLYHIGHYOGA COMPARE TO A TRADITONAL YOGA CLASS?

FlyHighYoga is a complementary practice to any style of yoga or sport activity. It is fun and creative. Your spine will decompress, elongate and your posture will improve. The inversions improve your energy, your overall strength and flexibility will increase. Not only will you `awaken` your spine but you will`awaken`an overall feeling of health, youthfulness and peace.
